Cinema 4D plugin - Startup guide & plugin modes

1. Log in to Web Manager and download the Cinema4D plugin.
2. Install the plugin.
3. Save the copy of your scene before submitting. The plugin may make some changes that are necessary for rendering on our farm.
4. Turn on renderBeamer standalone application.
4. Open your scene, prepare it for rendering and click 'renderBeamer: Beam it up' in Cinema4D 'Plugins’ menu.
5. Select the desired render mode from the tabs in the upper part of the plugin’s interface, and submit your scene to the farm.

Plugin modes video tutorials

Please watch the following video tutorials for more detailed information about preparing your scene to render on the farm and using our plugin modes.

The workflow is the same for all Cinema4D render engines - Advanced, Physical, VRay, Corona and any supported by our farm.

Animation mode

This mode should be used for rendering scenes with single or multiple cameras and for other standard animation rendering.

Tiles mode

This mode should be used for rendering high resolution still images. Please remember that your scene mustn`t contain any animation if you want to render with this mode.  Because of C4D limitations, Tiles camera mode doesn’t support Physical renderer.

Takes - global mode

This mode is dedicated to rendering scenes using global takes system in C4D. Using this mode is crucial if you have only one render preset in your scene.

Takes – per-take mode

This mode is dedicated to rendering scenes with takes system, using separated render setting for each take (or a takes group.)

Using this mode is crucial if you have one than one render preset connected to takes in your scene. In this mode, you can also use 'tiled camera' for rendering high resolution still images.
